Hi Love! We are SO excited that you are interested in our Part Time Studio Lead position! The Tonic Method Studio Lead is a critical member of the Tonic Team and an important representative for our studios and brand. This is a part-time role that combines teaching, studio management, and leading the studio. One of our goals as an organization is to have the best High Intensity Pilates Instructors as well as the most beautiful, well kept studios–making the client experience at Tonic Method superior. You will be responsible for helping with all aspects of the studio, from instructor training, client relations, and studio cleanliness and maintenance.
You will lead the Master Trainer team and will be the primary point of contact to help onboard new Instructors. You will focus on building the Tonic Community and will manage client milestones/life events, instructor milestones/life events, and will manage and execute local marketing strategies. You will oversee the studio schedule and will help coordinate instructor substitutions. Additionally, you will be in charge of checking/restocking studio inventory and cleaning supplies, reporting maintenance issues and if necessary help manage resolving any issues.
You will be the primary point of contact for our team regarding anything studio related. You will work closely with Madeleine, our Customer Service & Studio Manager and Senior Master Trainer. Various other roles may include consulting on larger projects, assisting in manual updates, substituting classes when available, and traveling to help open new studios if available.
