OCTOBER TONIC OFFICIAL RULES

Please read these Official Rules carefully before registering for October Tonic. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.

1. OCTOBER TONIC

October Tonic is a 31-day Tonic Method challenge designed to encourage consistency in movement while incorporating habits focused on nourishment, reflection, and intentional daily living.

The official challenge period runs from October 1st, 2026 through October 31st, 2026.

To complete the challenge, a registered participant must attend 12 qualifying Tonic Method classes during the challenge period in accordance with these Official Rules.

2. REGISTRATION

Registration for October Tonic is $30.00 plus applicable tax and includes one limited-edition, printed 85+ page October Tonic Workbook.

Registration closes September 8th, 2026. Participants must be registered by the deadline to officially participate in the challenge, appear on the in-studio October Tonic Chart, qualify for the completion reward, and be eligible for the October Tonic prize drawing.

The October Tonic Workbook is included with registration and may not be purchased separately.

All October Tonic registrations are final and non-refundable. Registrations and Workbooks are non-transferable.

Participants must have an active Tonic Method/Mindbody client account associated with their registration.

Clients are responsible for paying for all classes they attend.

3. WORKBOOK PICKUP

October Tonic Workbooks are physical, printed Workbooks designed to be written in and used throughout the challenge.

Workbooks are expected to be available for in-studio pickup by September 28, 2026, if not sooner.

Workbooks will not be mailed and must be picked up at a Tonic Method studio.

4. COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE

To officially complete October Tonic, participants must attend 12 qualifying Tonic Method classes between October 1st and October 31st, 2026.

Classes completed before October 1st or after October 31st will not count toward the 12-class requirement.

A maximum of one class per participant per day may count toward challenge completion. This policy is intended to encourage consistency throughout the month while helping preserve class availability for the Tonic community.

All Tonic Method class formats count toward completion, including:

  • Regularly scheduled and Pop Up Tonic Method classes
  • Practice Classes
  • Community Classes
  • Abs/Arms/Stretch Classes
  • Tonic in the Dark Classes
  • Master Classes
  • Private Sessions

A participant must actually attend the class for it to count. Late Cancels and No-Shows do not count toward challenge completion.

Participants may attend classes at more than one Tonic Method location. Classes taken at other Tonic studios will count toward the 12-class requirement; however, participants should maintain their in-studio challenge tracking at their designated home studio.

5. TRACKING + VERIFICATION

Participants may track their progress in two ways:

October Tonic Workbook: Mark one star on the 12-class tracker for each qualifying class completed.

October Tonic Studio Chart: Participants may add one sticker to their name on their home studio’s October Tonic Chart for each qualifying class completed.

Workbook and studio-chart tracking are intended to make participation fun and visible; however, official Tonic Method attendance records will be used to verify completion of the 12-class requirement.

Tonic Method reserves the right to verify attendance and correct discrepancies before issuing completion rewards or prize-drawing entries.

6. WORKBOOK CONTENT + DAILY HABITS

The 12-class attendance requirement is the official challenge.

Recipes, nutrition foundations, wellness information, daily rituals, journaling prompts, trackers, and other Workbook content are provided as optional resources to support the October Tonic experience. Participants are not required to complete every ritual, tracker, recipe, or prompt in order to complete the challenge.

Workbook content is intended for general informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as individualized medical, nutritional, or other professional healthcare advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have questions about what is appropriate for you, consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional. Participants should make choices appropriate for their own bodies, schedules, circumstances, and individual needs.
