Madeleine has always been passionate about fitness and played competitive sports her entire life. After discovering and falling in love with Pilates in 2007, she still missed the high intensity of her other workouts and never felt that Pilates offered a complete workout. She loves how meditative Tonic Method is, that you are sore after every class, and that no two classes are the same.

Not only does she feel so strong and confident on the machines, but Tonic has also helped her make tremendous strides in her life outside of the studio.
